Everon enters into a strategic partnership with Stableton to expand its range of services and to provide access to unique private market investments to its clients. The new collaboration overcomes barriers to entry, allowing Everon’s clients to include previously hard-to-access growth equity investments in their portfolios.

The partnership between the two companies is a perfect match. Stableton, a growth equity investment specialist and fintech investment platform, invests in late-stage private companies and makes these investment opportunities available via institutional-grade investment products. The investments focus is on the fintech, consumer, mobility, and B2B software-as-a-service (SaaS) sectors, offering institutional and qualified investors attractive return potential. Everon’s clients can now participate in these compelling opportunities. Assets are made investable via structured products with Swiss ISIN and investment funds. Everon, on the other side, provides a convenient onboarding process via its app that defines investor profile and risk appetite. Everon evaluates professionally whether the asset fits each client ́s investment objective and strategy and manages the investment within the wealth management mandate. Customers can track their preferred growth equity investment while the digital wealth manager monitors the ongoing valuation of the position and its role in the portfolios.
Investments starting at CHF 10,000
Together, Stableton and Everon aim to further develop the world of investments in private markets, which generally used to be solely available to professional investors with the ability to meet excessive minimum volumes. Through the newly formed partnership, Everon ́s customers can invest in growth equity investments starting at a minimum of just CHF 10,000.
